Hassenpfeffer - T'is a stew, made of marinated rabbit, or hear. This is a german dish, as expected. And was made, so people could use the left overs of their rabbits. It's prepared with the small parts of a rabbit/hare, which are unable to be roasted, so they stick 'em in a stew, resourceful it is.
Best served with chips, apparently.
